Our body is sensitive to light and it is important for you to get outside for a least 30 minutes of daylight soon after waking to trigger a cascased of circadian hormones to help with alertness, focus and calm. Because blue light suppresses melatonin (up to 80%) it is important not to use computer screens for at least 2 hours before bedtime.
