Doctor's Health Seminars - 2010 / 2011

WEIGHT LOSS THAT LASTS - 6 WEEK WORKSHOP
You are invited to a personalized & progressive, doctor led, natural weight loss and healthy living program. This six week program teaches some of the latest nutritional research and practical hands-on tips to help you lose weight and keep it off. (NOT calorie counting or heavy excercise.) Topics covered in the program include: factors that limit weight loss, healthy shopping, good fats, low carbs, fiber, too much protein, detox options, sweet cravings... and how these affect diabetes, gall bladder, acid reflux, fibromyalgia, IBS, arthritis and more.

Doctor's Health Seminars - Fall 2009

Are you tired of feeling the way that you do? During this monthly lecture series, Dr. Rolland will introduce general causes and natural support for common health problems.  He will share personal examples of individuals he has helped with nutritional therapies and lifestyle changes.

Lectures are Tuesdays in Edinboro at 7:30 pm except for Depression Recovery which is Monday at 7:30 pm in Erie. All seminars are free although registration is requested so that we can plan for materials. Please call for details and registration.

August 25, 2009 - Hormone Balance & Infertility

Addressess hormone issues for both women and men and symptoms that are commonly experienced when imbalances are present. PMS, libido, menopause, memory and links to infertility will be discussed.

September 14, 2009 - Depression Recovery

This session is the introduction to an 8 week program for depression recovery that was developed by international authority Dr. Neal Nedley, M.D. It is a comprehensive program that will help anyone who is dealing with depression, anxiety or the common stressors of life.

October 20, 2009 - Weight Loss & Gall Bladder

Addresses issues affecting the toxic environment that we live in and how it affects us. It will explain the detoxification function of the liver and gall bladder. Natural weight loss and a cleansing program will be discussed.

November 17, 2009 - Acid Reflux, Digestion & Fatigue

Explains the process of digestion and the importance of having enough stomach acid. Connects healthy digestion with energy production and blood sugar management. Helpful for anyone who likes to eat.

With more space to offer you massage therapy, nutritional support, and rehab exercise in addtion to our regular chiropractic adjustments. We also are able to sell vitamins for your needs from our office. We are easy to find - on Route 6N between McDonald's and the Copper Coin.

Kid's Day - October 8th, 2007 - Free Spinal Evaluations

Columbus Day is a great time to Discover Chiropractic Wellness - a new world of opportunity for your children. Our office is offering free spinal evaluations for kids of all ages. We will have snacks and prizes to make the day fun and interesting. Afterall, isn't being healthy something to celebrate?? We think it is! Bring your children and stop by for a free spinal checkup. May 15, 2007 - Patient Appreciation Day

This is our day to say thank our patients for all that they do for our office. Any patient who had an appointment within the last 12 months and donated a bag of non-perishable food items (no glass please) receives an adjustment. Food items are donated to the Edinboro Food Bank.
